Fowke Receives Republican Endorsement for Special Election Race in Minnesota’s 45th Senate District

MINNETONKA, MN. – Today, Kathleen Fowke, candidate for State Senate, announces she received the Republican endorsement following the special endorsing convention held by the Republican Party of Minnesota’s 45th Senate District on Wednesday evening.

“It is a great honor to receive this endorsement and to know that our community shares our vision for bringing balance back to Minnesota,” Fowke said. “The extreme policies we've seen over the last two years have failed to deliver the solutions Minnesotans deserve. Our goal is to return sensible policies to our state that truly address the concerns of our community."

“I am committed to bringing your voice to our State Capitol by focusing on cost-conscious policies that support families, and providing real improvements for our schools, such as reducing class sizes and ensuring every child gets the attention they deserve. Together, we can achieve so much when we put politics aside and prioritize the well-being of our community,” Fowke continued.

Senate District 45 encompasses Minnetonka, north of Highway 7, as well as Deephaven, Excelsior, Greenwood, Long Lake, Minnetonka Beach, Minnetrista, Mound, Orono, St. Bonifacius, Shorewood, Spring Park, Tonka Bay, Wayzata and Woodland.
